Reservations require an advance deposit equal to 50% of your stay. VISA and Master Card, cash and checks accepted. Please use our secure reservation system when providing financial information. Do not include your credit card information in email messages. Reservations are subject to availability and to our cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION WITH SUFFICIENT NOTICE: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. With sufficient notice, we're happy to convert your deposit to a gift certificate or to refund it minus a $30 cancellation fee. Longer cancellation periods will apply to block bookings, holidays, school and college graduations, alumni reunions and other special events.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT REQUIRED NOTICE: In the unlikely event that you must cancel without 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the entire reservation.

SPECIAL GUESTS: Every "head" must be in a bed--we don't use cots or allow sleeping bags. Children are "guests" and must be accurately represented in your head count when you make a reservation. Families with children are best accommodated in either the Northfield/Emily or Deerfield suites or the Plimoth Room. Families with very young children are best accommodated in our Deerfield Suite. In all cases, parents of very young children MUST bring a porta-crib. All guests under 20 must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult. Please call for further information."

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Your health and safety are our paramount concerns. Please notify us of food allergies, special dietary needs or food preferences in advance of your arrival so that we may attempt to identify suitable alternatives. Please note that our kitchen is and has been used to prepare milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, wheat and food ingredients containing a protein derived from such foods. As a residential versus a commercial kitchen, we may not always have the alternative items you need in stock. Therefore advance notice is essential.

Damage Policy
Centennial House uses finer linens and furnishings to enhance our guests' stays. Therefore, we ask guests to take all necessary precautions to ensure that the quality is maintained for the next occupant(s) of the room/rooms they are using; we reserve the right to charge the replacement value of damaged items.

Guest Information Policy
Centennial House does not provide information about registered guests to third parties without the express permission of those guests.
